 Dear All,

Hari Om!

We are pleased to inform you that, as part of Pujya Gurudev’s Centenary Celebrations, it is proposed to telecast Pujya Guruji's Marathi talks on "Dasbodh" from May 1, 2014 on Zee 24 Taas channel every day morning from 6.30 A.M to 7.00 A.M.

This telecast is to let more and more people know about Chinmaya Mission and the upcoming Centenary Celebrations. This will only succeed with a combined Yajna effort of all. Hence, we request all centres and acharyas to assist by doing the following:
  1. Pass the information to all Mission members particularly those who are Marathi speaking and ensure maximum publicity in the respective areas. This includes our centres overseas.
  2. Make regular announcements about the telecast during all Chinmaya Mission programmes.
  3. Centres in Maharashtra are requested to distribute ad inserts in the local newspapers, stick posters in prominent places in the respective cities and if possible have hoardings as well. Local sponsors should be found for this effort. Details can also be put in the engagement columns of various newspapers.
  4. The telecast is not free (Rs 11,000 per episode) and so donations to cover the cost are welcome.
In addition to all of the above, we request Acharyas and centres to send CCMT good quality audio and video recordings of various talks in all regional languages. CCMT can look at various ways of exploiting these including YouTube etc. We urgently need more good quality video material in Marathi.
Details of all major programmes may also be sent to CCMT as we can advertise these during the telecast.  In particular, it would be good to advertise programmes in all parts of Maharashtra as we expect maximum viewership there.
Zee 24 Taas is a Marathi News channel and is available with the Zee package for all channel subscribers.
